HF Welded Stainless Steel Pipe Production Line
High-frequency induction welding stainless steel is an efficient quasi-solid phase connection method, the main principle is to use the induction coil generated by the induction high frequency current applied to the workpiece, under the action of skin effect and proximity effect, the current is concentrated on the surface of both sides of the open pipeline, so that the resistance generated by the current thermally melts the edge part of the steel strip, and then under the action of the extrusion roller extrusion force, part of the molten metal and oxide in the molten pool is extruded from the molten pool, and finally the solid phase or solid solution metal is gradually cooled and crystallized to form a welding seam.
Auto-packing Machine
It includes the loading pipes device, delivering device, lifting and moving device, the stacking device, pipes moving out device, lifting chain stock device, strapping device, the hydraulic system and electrical system
Forming & Sizing Mill
Pipe edges are heated into the welding temperature quickly through the heating of high frequency induction or contact, and the welding is completed with the help of squeezing rollers. Then, the straight slit pipes with needed specifications are manufactured after cooling, sizing and straightening.
Forming Directly To Square Welded Tube Mill Line
In the process of manufacturing square pipes, rectangle pipes with direct shaping and molding technology, combined type rollers are used with pieces structure.
Uncoiler
The uncoiler, helping to hold, load and provide strip coils for tube mill, can save our clients from time-consuming & laborious manual coil-loading & unfolding.
Pinching & Leveling
This machine is mainly used for strip steel with the wall thickness of δ≥5mm under the condition that it can’t be operated by man power.
Shear & Welder
Shear& butt welder are here to ensure the continuous production by welding ends of steel strips after the irregular parts of which being cut.
Cutting Saw
Flying saw with excellent speed-tracking system is for precisely sizing cutting which can satisfy our clients’ needs for length of finished pipe.
Straightening Machine
Straighteners are specialized in straightening molded steel pipes and eliminating longitudinal bends to make sure no-roundness at horizontal facet exists.
End-Facing Machine
End chamfering machines are used to mill inverted interior and exterior chamfering angles at both ends of welded pipes.
Hydro Testing Machine
Hydrostatic testing machines are used to test pressure-resistant properties of welded pipes. The whole process is implemented on line continuously with circulation.
