Hydrostatic testing machines are used to test pressure-resistant properties of welded pipes. The whole process is implemented on line continuously with circulation.
According to different testing pressure, there are two sealing ways, i.e., end face seal and end face seal with large gap and there are two pressurization ways, i.e., high-pressure pump and pressure cylinder. Equipments operate fully in automation by the control of computer +PLC. Meanwhile, testing parameters, testing curves and steel pipes parameters are displayed on the computer screen and stored at the data base according to the time sequence for future reference.
